MindX Account Recovery

Reset a forgotten password, restore account access, and secure the account after suspicious activity.

Outcome

Your password is reset securely and you can sign in again without exposing verification codes or credentials.

Step 1

Start password recovery

  1. Open Sign In.

    Go to the official TechnoMindX portal and open the login page.

  2. Select Forgot Password.

    Use the account-recovery link shown near the password field.

  3. Enter the registered email.

    Submit the email associated with the account.

  4. Complete CAPTCHA if required.

    Finish the security check and submit the recovery request.

Step 2

Verify the recovery request

  1. Open the recovery email.

    Check the registered inbox and spam or junk folder.

  2. Use the latest OTP or recovery link.

    Older codes or links may be invalid after a new request.

  3. Complete verification promptly.

    Recovery codes and links expire for security reasons.

Do not forward the recovery email or send the OTP, link, or screenshot to another person.

Step 3

Create a new password

  1. Enter a unique password.

    Do not reuse the previous password or a password used on another service.

  2. Confirm the password.

    Re-enter it exactly and submit the reset form.

  3. Store it securely.

    Use an approved password manager instead of an unencrypted note.

Step 4

Secure the recovered account

  1. Sign in again.

    Use the new password and complete OTP verification if challenged.

  2. Review account details.

    Confirm email, profile, company membership, and billing information have not changed.

  3. Review API tokens.

    Revoke and replace tokens you do not recognize or that may have been exposed.

  4. Contact support if suspicious.

    Provide your account email, approximate time, and safe details—never passwords, OTPs, or full bearer tokens.

Step 5

When email access is unavailable

  1. Contact your email administrator.

    Restore access to the registered mailbox first when possible.

  2. Contact TechnoMindX support.

    Use the official contact page and provide non-sensitive ownership details.

  3. Wait for identity verification.

    Account changes require verification and may not be completed immediately.
