How to Sign In to MindX

Step 1

Open the official sign-in page

1. Open the portal.

   Go directly to https://api.technomindx.com/.

2. Select Sign In.

   Use the portal navigation to open the login form.

3. Check the address.

   Confirm the browser shows the official HTTPS domain before entering credentials.

Step 2

Enter your credentials

1. Enter your registered email.

   Use the email associated with the Individual or Company account.

2. Enter your password.

   Use the unique MindX password and keep it out of screenshots or support messages.

3. Complete CAPTCHA if shown.

   Allow the security challenge to finish, then select Sign In.

Step 3

Complete an email OTP challenge

MindX may request additional verification for a new browser, device, IP address, or unusual activity.

1. Open the newest OTP email.

   Check the registered inbox and use only the most recent code.

2. Enter the code promptly.

   Return to the open login session and submit the OTP before it expires.

3. Resend carefully.

   If required, request a new code and discard older codes.

Step 4

Confirm dashboard access

1. Check the account identity.

   Confirm the displayed user and company context are correct.

2. Review alerts.

   Read security, usage, billing, or service notices before continuing.

3. Sign out on shared devices.

   Use the dashboard sign-out action when your work is complete.
